Refund policy

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. If no delivery confirmation is available, returns & exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lavender Chai Co. does not offer refunds with no return. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
